Haus Ranch LLC is a hunting lease in Mineral, Texas, in Bee County, about 20 miles northwest of Beeville, Texas. This is a daily lease (2 day minimum), with hunting by bow, shotgun and rifle allowed, consistent with Texas hunting regulations and your valid hunting permit restrictions.
The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche valleys, and maintained trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and bucks), hogs, turkey, dove, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. In addition to the feeder there is an elevated 4′ x 4′ hunting blind (best for a single hunter), located about 40 yards from the feeder.
The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period is preferred. I will allow 2 people as paid hunters on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. Your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease.
2023/2024 PRICING: Daily lease pricing is $200 per hunter for the first day and $150 per additional consecutive day per hunter. There is a NEW OPTION for the 48-hour Noon-To-Noon lease at the base 2-day ($350 per hunter) rate. For example, Noon Friday to Noon Sunday, which is helpful for some hunter’s work or family schedules. Just ask for the “Noon-To-Noon” option. There is normally no additional charge for harvested game animals.
